THE WINTER EXPERIENCE 

  Expedition Inclusions 

  • All flights from Copenhagen to Greenland and return, including the internal flight from Ilulissat to Sisimiut, as per the final expedition itinerary.

  • 7 nights' accommodation in top selected properties on a twin-sharing basis, including stays in Copenhagen, Ilulissat and Sisimiut.

  • All meals throughout the expedition, including breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as per the final itinerary

  • Blingbird Tour Director accompanying the group throughout the expedition, coordinating experiences and providing on-ground assistance.

  • All scheduled airport transfers and ground transportation required for the included itinerary.

  • All curated excursions and experiences

  • Local English-speaking guides and experts for scheduled experiences.

  • Entry fees and activity equipment required for the included excursions, as provided by the operators.

  • Visa assistance and documentation guidance for the Denmark/Greenland visa application process.

  • Pre-departure briefing and destination guidance, including packing recommendations and Arctic travel essentials.

  Expedition Exclusions 

  • International flights to Copenhagen from India or any other country, and return flights from Copenhagen to the guest's home destination.

  • Denmark/Schengen and Greenland visa application fees, biometric charges and other consular expenses.

  • Travel insurance, including medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation and travel disruption coverage.

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, minibar, telephone calls, shopping and additional hotel services.

  • Alcoholic beverages, premium drinks and food ordered outside the included meal arrangements.

  • Optional excursions, additional activities or services not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Single-room supplements and room-category upgrades unless expressly included.

  • Excess baggage charges beyond the airline's permitted allowance.

  • Tips and gratuities for local guides, drivers and hotel staff.

  • Additional accommodation, meals, transportation or expenses arising from flight cancellations, weather disruptions, unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by guests, except where covered by the contracted services or applicable supplier obligations.
